International Orders
Please allow 4-6 working days for European and Irish Republic orders and 8-10 working days for International orders. All overseas orders will be sent by Royal Mail International Signed For Delivery to ensure safe transit. All orders will need to be signed for upon receipt so please ensure that someone will be available to receive your order.
You will receive an email to confirm when your order has been despatched and you can login to your account on our website to check for an estimated delivery date and find out your tracking number.
If an item is out of stock or we are experiencing a peak period, you will be notified within 24 hours of us receiving your order. In this case, delivery may take longer but we will keep you informed about your order. All orders are subject to availability.
Please note: Customers receiving goods outside the European Union are responsible for any local taxes and / or duties incurred. Any customers rejecting parcels for this reason will receive a refund net of any cost incurred by us in recovering the goods.
If you place your order before 11am, your order will be processed more quickly. If you require your order urgently for a forthcoming wedding or special occasion, please select the ‘Express Delivery’ option when you view your basket.

Order Tracking
You will receive an email to confirm when your order has been despatched.
You can login to your account on our website to check for an estimated delivery date using your registered details. You can also find your tracking number here which you will need to input at www.royalmail.com to track your order.
If you are not available to sign for your delivery, Royal Mail will leave a calling card to allow you to re-arrange a re-delivery to your address or a local post office after 48 hours. If you do not receive your delivery within the specified time, please track your parcel online or contact your local sorting office.
If you do not collect your undelivered parcel or arrange for a re-delivery within the specified time, the item will be returned to Crystal Bridal Accessories. If you require the item to be re-delivered, we will have to charge a postage fee even if the original item was sent by FREE delivery.
