Detailed delivery times for specific items which are in stock and available are as follows:

Pink Paradox wedding shoes: UK Delivery estimated within 2-3 working days (working days include weekdays only)
Rainbow Club shoes: UK Delivery estimated within 3-4 working days (working days include weekdays only)
Jewellery, Headpieces and Rainbow Club Veils: UK Delivery estimated within 3-6 working days unless otherwise stated

Bespoke items such as handmade veils and some head pieces can take up to 3-4 weeks delivery (please check on individual items)

You will receive an email to confirm when your order has been despatched. When your order has been despatched, we will email you with a parcel tracking number and estimated delivery date.

If you place your order before 11am, your order will be processed more quickly. If you require your order urgently for a forthcoming wedding or special occasion, please select the ‘Express Delivery’ option when you view your basket.

Please note that express delivery options are not available on every brand those that support this option will be shown at checkout.

All STANDARD delivery orders are tracked but will not require a signature. You can request a ‘SAFE PLACE’ for the parcel to be left if you are not available. Please type this in the ‘Delivery Instructions’ box when you place your order.

All EXPRESS and SUNDAY DELIVERY orders will need to be signed for upon receipt so please ensure that someone will be available to receive your order.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE: Crystal Bridal Accessories will not accept responsibility for Express and Sunday Delivery orders which do not arrive on time due to circumstances beyond our control. We will, of course, make every effort to despatch the items within the required timescale and contact you if we think your order may not arrive on the specified date. As long as the item is trackable, has been despatched on the date specified and was scheduled for delivery as requested by the customer, Crystal Bridal Accessories is under no obligation to send a duplicate item or refund any postage costs.

Your statutory rights are not affected in this case and you (the customer) will still be under obligation to accept the goods when they arrive and use the returns procedure detailed to request a refund if you no longer require the item. Crystal Bridal Accessories cannot be held responsible for goods which arrive too late for a scheduled dress fitting, event or wedding day. We recommend that all customers allow adequate time for their order to be delivered.

If an item is out of stock or we are experiencing a peak period, you will be notified within 24 hours of us receiving your order. In this case, delivery may take longer but we will keep you informed at every stage about your order. All orders are subject to availability.

Please note that shoe and handbag dyeing orders will take longer to process and incur dyeing service charges. Please refer to our dyeing information page for further details.

International Orders

Please allow 4-6 working days for European and Irish Republic orders and 8-10 working days for International orders. All overseas orders will be sent by Royal Mail International Signed For Delivery to ensure safe transit. All orders will need to be signed for upon receipt so please ensure that someone will be available to receive your order.

You will receive an email to confirm when your order has been despatched and you can login to your account on our website to check for an estimated delivery date and find out your tracking number.

If an item is out of stock or we are experiencing a peak period, you will be notified within 24 hours of us receiving your order. In this case, delivery may take longer but we will keep you informed about your order. All orders are subject to availability.

Please note: Customers receiving goods outside the European Union are responsible for any local taxes and / or duties incurred. Any customers rejecting parcels for this reason will receive a refund net of any cost incurred by us in recovering the goods.

Order Tracking

You will receive an email to confirm when your order has been despatched.

You can login to your account on our website to check for an estimated delivery date using your registered details. You can also find your tracking number here which you will need to input at www.royalmail.com to track your order.

If you are not available to sign for your delivery, Royal Mail will leave a calling card to allow you to re-arrange a re-delivery to your address or a local post office after 48 hours. If you do not receive your delivery within the specified time, please track your parcel online or contact your local sorting office.

If you do not collect your undelivered parcel or arrange for a re-delivery within the specified time, the item will be returned to Crystal Bridal Accessories. If you require the item to be re-delivered, we will have to charge a postage fee even if the original item was sent by FREE delivery.
